Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo: Establecer la relación que existe entre el Empowerment y el Compromiso laboral en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de El Tambo, 2025. Metodológicamente, la investigación fue de tipo básica con un nivel correlacional. Además, se usó el diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Para llevar a cabo el presente estudio, se trabajó con una muestra conformada por 120 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de El Tambo, 2025. Los resultados permitieron concluir que existe una relación positiva entre el empowerment y el compromiso laboral en los trabajadores evaluados, evidenciada por un coeficiente de correlación alto (0,421) y una significancia bilateral de 0.000, inferior al umbral de 0.05. Con un nivel de confianza del 95% y aplicando la prueba Rho de Spearman. Se concluye que ambas variables mantienen una asociación directa y significativa.
The objective of this study was to establish the relationship between empowerment and job commitment among employees of the El Tambo District Municipality in 2025.
