Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación inferencial entre el riesgo percibido y la fidelización de los clientes de la Distribuidora e Inversiones Santa Clara S.A.C. durante el año 2025. Metodológicamente, el estudio fue de tipo básico, con un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional y apoyado en los métodos científico y analítico. Se aplicó un diseño no experimental de corte transversal, la población estuvo conformada por 320 clientes correspondientes al último trimestre del año, de los cuales se extrajo una muestra de 174 individuos. A nivel estadístico, los resultados inferenciales evidenciaron un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de –0.562 con un nivel de significancia de p = 0.000, en conclusión se demuestra una relación inversa y significativa entre las variables.
The main objective of this research was to determine the inferential relationship between perceived risk and customer loyalty at Distribuidora e Inversiones Santa Clara S.A.C. during 2025. Methodologically, the study was basic, with a quantitative approach, correlational level, and supported by scientific and analytical methods. A non-experimental, cross-sectional design was applied. The population consisted of 320 customers from the last quarter of the year, from which a sample of 174 individuals was drawn. Statistically, the inferential results showed a Spearman's rank correlation coefficient of -0.562 with a significance level of p = 0.000, demonstrating a significant inverse relationship between the variables.
